The Transfer Coalition Initiative (TCI) is made up of 14 San Diego colleges and universities working together to support system-impacted students. Each program looks a little different — but all are here to help you succeed in higher education. Explore the schools below to learn more. Most of our TCI schools’ reentry programs provide financial assistance, housing referrals, tutoring, mentorship, health & wellness support, academic support, and community events.
